Lottie London Ombré Blush in Exposed, Lightweight & High Pigmented Powder Blusher
Our editorial score, out of 10
“The safest blush in the range and the one we'd hand to anyone nervous about powder formulas.”
At a glance
Our verdict
Exposed is the safe-bet nude of the Ombré Blush line — a soft warm rose-beige that reads as "good skin day" rather than obvious blush. The two-tone pan lets you pick up the lighter side alone for a wash of colour or swirl both for a deeper, sculpted flush. Texture is finely milled and near-impossible to over-apply, which is exactly what you want in a nude. Best on fair to medium skin tones and ideal if you're nervous about powder blush.
What stands out
- The two-tone pan — pick up the light side alone for a wash, or swirl both for a deeper, sculpted flush without buying two products.
- Very forgiving pigment level — the lowest-risk shade in the line. It's genuinely difficult to overdo, even with a dense brush.
- Finely milled texture that presses into skin rather than sitting on top, so it doesn't emphasise dry patches or fine texture.
Pros and cons
✓ Pros
- Almost impossible to over-apply
- Reads as skin, not makeup
- Two shades in one pan
- No fallout in the pan or on the face
✗ Cons
- Too light to register on deep skin tones
- Needs a second layer over cream products
How to use it
Tap a fluffy brush on the lighter half and sweep from the apple of the cheek towards the temple. For more definition, swirl both halves together and place slightly higher on the cheekbone.
Who should skip it
Deep skin tones — this shade largely disappears. Reach for Red Hot or the Powder Blush in Rosy instead.
The bottom line
The safest blush in the range and the one we'd hand to anyone nervous about powder formulas.
