We Lottettes love glitter, sparkle, sugar and sprinkles. We also love movie nights and trips to the cinema… why? POPCORN! We had a genius idea to combine the two favourite things!
Snap, Sparkle and POP
Firstly start by popping your own maize kernels: take a large pot and heat 3 tablespoons of oil. Add a 1/3 cup popcorn and cover. Listen to all the pop’s until they slow down and you can count 3 seconds in-between the pop’s (that mean’s its ready!).
Now comes the fun, take a look at our tasty toppings and choose which one suits your personality most! WARNING: They all contain edible glitter!
Sweet as Sugar
Melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter and pour over the top
Sprinkle 3 teaspoons of sugar
Sprinkle 1/3 teaspoon of cinnamon
Sprinkle with edible gold glitter
Nice & Spice
Sprinkle 2 teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon of paprika
Sprinkle with edible red glitter
Cookie Monster
Melt white chocolate chips in the microwave and pour over the top
Add small chocolate chips!
Sprinkle with edible silver glitter
Melty Marshmallow
Melt 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter and 1 packet of mini marshmallows in the microwave and pour over popcorn.
Sprinkle with pink and white edible glitter.
Cheesy Crunch
Cut 50g cheddar into cubes and melt in a pan on the hob.
Pour over the popcorn once melted.
Grate parmesan shavings over the top.
Add 2 teaspoons of rock salt and 2 teaspoons of pepper.
Top with edible gold glitter.
