Lottie Loves sleepovers! Films and sugary treats with our BFF’s… what can beat that? Move over popcorn… hello death by doughnuts. To make your sleepover extra Instagram worthy create doughnut bar... yes, were serious!
Buy or make the mini doughnuts:
1 ½ cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ cup soft butter
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
½ tbsp lemon juice
½ cup milk
Fill a large bowl with sugar and set aside. Then cream together sugar and butter in a mixer and add in eggs. Mix together with vanilla, milk and extracts. Slowly fold in flour
and baking soda. Pour batter into a Ziploc bag with the tip cut off and squeeze out into a cake pop mould. Pop in the oven for 20 minutes.
Grab small bowls and fill with sweets, chocolate, syrups, sprinkles, marshmallows and more.
For Lottie Style doughnuts sprinkle with edible glitter and drizzle with caramel.
