What you’ll need:
Disposable clear plastic cups
Glitter (colour is up to you!)
Spray adhesive
Latex gloves
First step, put on your gloves!
Spray the bottom half of your cup with adhesive.
Pour glitter over the sprayed area of cup. (Make sure you do this over newspaper or a paper plate to catch the excess!)
Shake off excess.
Place cup upside down for about half an hour to allow for the glitter to set.
Once dry, you’re ready to party!
